As an Affiliate member upon being eligible to join the Association in another grade by being in paid employment in archives, on joining a full time academic course leading to an appropriate qualification or on becoming qualified in the administration or conservation of archives or records management, I will apply for election to either the student or full member category of membership of the Association.
